Charles V and Isabel of Portugal.

In 1526, newlyweds Charles V and Isabel of Portugal travelled to Granada for their honeymoon after their marriage in the Alcázar of Seville. The spouses had met each other in person only two hours before their marriage, yet they flaunted the unbridled passion of true lovers in the city of Granada. So much so, that Felipe II is said to have been conceived in the city; probably in the afternoon of 31 August 1526, after a hot day's hunting in Santa Fe. What has been defined as the most macabre of funeral processions in the history of Spain came to an end in the city of Granada. In 1525, the corpse of Philip the Fair arrived at the Royal Chapel of Granada, fifteen years after his death in 1506. Thus ended a campaign of accompaniment devised by Queen Joan, who could not bear saying farewell to the body of her beloved. Another 30 years would pass before the spouses were finally buried together in the mausoleum Charles V had built in the Royal Chapel.
