Bus system

The larger buses are equipped with ramps.

Since June 2017, all the minibuses that go up to the Alhambra, Albaicín and Sacromonte have ramps.

These are lines C30 (Alhambra), C31 (Albaicín)  , C32 (Alhambra-Albaicín)  and  C34 (Sacromonte)

 

Tourist Train

Equipped with a platform lift.

Every train has one special place for wheelchairs with connection to the audio guide system.

The airport of Granada is situated in Chauchina. The usual taxis are not adapted, call the 0034 622 35 47 56. Parking in the blue areas

People with disabilities do not pay the parking but the special autorisation delivered by the competent authorities is mandatory, it has to be put in a visible place of the vehicle. There is no special parking.

Granada Metropolitan Area (Metro)

The new transport system connects the bus and train stations, hospitals, shopping centers, and university campuses.

The metro connects Armilla, Granada, Maracena, and Albolote.

Vehicle access is adapted for wheelchairs and strollers.

There are ramps at the outdoor stops.

There are three underground stations. All three are equipped with elevators: Alcázar Genil, Recogidas, and Méndez Núñez.
