Easter Sunday
Children are the centre of attention on Easter Sunday, acting as Los Facundillos.
A procession made up by children bearing a light float with a small image of the Child Jesus as Redemptor takes place on Easter Sunday. The ceaseless tinkling of the little clay bells known as facundillos, rung by children, are a symbol of the welcome given to Jesus when he entered Jersusalem mounted on a donkey.
